Joe: Agent/Owner
Hi, I’m Joe! I started the agency back in 1996, and nearly 30 years later, I’m still doing what I love!
My superpower? Running on little sleep, wearing multiple hats, and somehow getting it all done! I take pride in working hard, solving problems, and balancing life as a business owner, husband, and dad.
My days start with a 5 AM workout before heading to the office, where I stay busy helping clients and tackling whatever comes my way.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and kids, exploring new places, or enjoying the outdoors and hunting whenever I get the chance!
Lindsey: Agent/Owner
Hi, I’m Lindsey! I started my insurance career in 2003 and opened my own agency in Havana, IL.
These days, While you may not see me in the office every day, I stay busy behind the scenes handling everything from IT and banking to reports and daily operations. I’m also Joe’s sounding board for new ideas and big decisions!
My days start at 5 AM, squeezing in work before our three little ones wake up. After a full day of mom duties, it’s back to the home office once they’re in bed. Life is busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
My guilty pleasures? Coffee to keep me going and chocolate to reward myself for making it through the day!
Makenzie: Agent/Manager
Hi, I’m Makenzie! I’m an Agent and CSR in our Rushville office, where I’ve been part of the team for almost 10 years. You can almost always find my HydroJug and squishy butter at my desk!
When I’m not at the office, I’m usually at the gym, grabbing a bite at Bread Basket, or at home hanging out with my son, our dog, and our two cats. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with crocheting—my latest creative hobby that I just can’t seem to put down!
Katlyn: Accounts Manager
Hi, I’m Katlyn! I’ve been part of the team for over five years working as the Accounts Manager.
When I’m not at the office, you can usually find me curled up with a good book, binge-watching a TV series, or spending some time on the golf course. I’ve always loved all things Halloween and horror-themed—it’s definitely more of a forever obsession than a current one! And if I weren’t working in insurance, I’d probably be somewhere down south, working at a tiki bar on an island and enjoying the sunshine.
Rylie: Administrative Assistant
Hi, I'm Rylie! I've been a part of the team in our Rushville office for over a year.
I’m the Administrative Assistant here at the agency, and there’s a good chance I’m the friendly voice you hear when you give us a call! I help with quoting policy changes, handling billing questions, and keeping things running smoothly around the office.
When I’m not at work, you can usually find me at the park with my little guy or chasing him around the yard! My latest obsession is experimenting with different coffee flavors and creating my own coffee shop favorites right at home.
Amanda C: Insurance Agent
Hi, I’m Amanda! I’ve been part of the team in our Havana office for a little over a year, working as an Agent. One thing you’ll always find within reach at my desk is Chapstick—I never go without it!
When I’m away from the office, you can usually find me somewhere in the bleachers cheering on our team. I’m also a big fan of audiobooks. There’s a good chance I have one playing whenever I get the chance to listen!
Amanda B: Quoting Specialist
Hi, I’m Amanda! I've been part of the team for over a year and work on both Rushville & Havana clients. As the Quoting Specialist, my role is to look at each client’s individual needs and find the right combination of coverage and competitive pricing tailored specifically to them.
My ideal workday includes sweatpants, an Alani, and a walk on my lunch break—and you can almost always count on my mini space heater blowing directly on my face while I work!
Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me playing with my daughter, working on a puzzle, or binge-watching a new documentary on Netflix. My current obsession is Court TV, and my guilty pleasure is bingeing Love Is Blind—the messier the season, the better!
